Let’s show some love to our wonderful Stage Managers!! 🩵💛

Corina “Cori” Peppo (Stage Manager) is a senior Theatre major from Dayton, Ohio. This is her first time stage managing, but she has also appeared on stage in past productions including Radium Girls as Mrs. Fryer and in Horizons of Gold as Margaret Thomas. Cori has been able to serve in other Cedarville productions on costume crew, sound crew, and as the Artistic Director for a student-led showcase. While Cori loves all aspects of theatre, she adores directing and plans to pursue the directing field. Proverbs 3:5-6

Carlie Breckel (Assistant Stage Manager/Sound Designer) is a junior Theatre major from Adrian, Michigan. She has assisted in designing for some productions, but has also enjoyed being onstage in shows such as Horizons of Gold and Radium Girls. This is Carlie’s first mainstage as ASM, and she is thrilled for the opportunity and a new experience! Ephesians 2

ITS OPENING NIGHT!! 👏🏻

Peter Larson (CHARLES LINDBERGH) is a sophomore Mathematics major and theatre minor from Georgia, VT. This will be his third production with CU Theatre, having played Arthur Roeder in Radium Girls and Dad in Playing Peter Pan. He has also had the opportunity to crew for various other mainstage and senior theatre capstone productions. Off the stage, Peter spends the rest of his time studying math, working in the scene shop, and hanging out with his friends. He is thankful for this community and for all the ways he can explore Creation through the talents God has given him. Enjoy the show! 2 Corinthians 3:5

Graecen Burson (ANNE LINDBERGH) is a junior Biblical Studies and Theatre double-major based in Cedarville, Ohio. Graecen has performed for the University Mainstage in Sense and Sensibility, The Secret Garden, The Power of the Story student showcase, and Playing Peter Pan. Her most recent involvement was with Horizons of Gold, as Dramaturg, Assistant Stage Manager, and Ensemble. Graecen hopes that this story will take you on a flight that allows you to experience the truth of a hard world but a hope we can have in Christ. Proverbs 31:26

Joshua Walenda (REPORTER and the production’s Dramaturg) is a junior Theatre major who now lives full time in Cedarville, Ohio. He has participated in a total of 20 productions, notable ones include 12 Angry Jurors (Juror 10), Horizons of Gold (Charlie Thomas), and The Secret Garden (Dickon). He has enjoyed the unique challenges this production has thrown at him and is very grateful for this opportunity to perform. TWO DAYS TIL OPENING NIGHT 🌟

Anna Brewer (BETTY et al) is a senior Theatre major from South Point, Ohio. This is her fifth show with the Cedarville Theatre program. You may have seen her on stage as Wendy Darling in the fall production of Playing Peter Pan or as Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden. Anna has enjoyed learning a new style of theatre while working on Flight! She hopes you fasten your seatbelts and enjoy this beautiful show.

Ian Spurgeon (FRANK BORMAN et al) is a sophomore Broadcasting & Digital Media major from Lebanon, Tennessee. Some of his previous roles include Tom Kreider in Radium Girls and Lawrence Thomas in Horizons of Gold. He is super excited to be in his third show at Cedarville and hopes that people will be impacted by the intriguing and profound story of Flight. 2 Timothy 1:7

Rosie Hernandez-Smith (NURSE et al) is a junior Theatre major from Westerville, Ohio. She has had the joy of appearing in Cedarville productions including Playing Peter Pan as June and as Cecily in the senior capstone production of The Importance of Being Earnest. In addition to performing, she has had the pleasure of serving in the costume shop and on crew. She is grateful to be part of such a lively and thought-provoking show and hopes it resonates with and touches the hearts of the audience.

THREE DAYS TIL OPENING NIGHT 🙌🏻

Anastasia “Stacia” Mangione (AGENT et al) is a freshman Theatre major from Grand Rapids, Michigan. While this is her Cedarville on stage debut, she has enjoyed filling multiple roles behind the scenes and backstage including run crew head for Horizons of Gold and assistant stage manager for a senior theatre capstone production. While Stacia loves acting, she is hopeful to pursue a career in the field of playwriting and directing. Psalm 143:8

Deacon Kosloskus (ADAM KLEIN et al) is a double major in Accounting and Theatre, because that makes sense. He is extremely excited to be participating in his first Cedarville production. He is very grateful for this amazing show and all the wonderful people who are part of it. Deacon has performed on stage before in Arsenic and Old Lace (mas Officer Brophy and in Tinkerbell in the role of a lifetime—Pirate #4. Deacon can’t wait to see what life holds next and is trusting God through it all. Ephesians 2:10

Hope McGill (PHOTOGRAPHER et al) is a sophomore Sports Medicine major from Lebanon, Ohio. Hope is very excited to make her university theatre debut.
Hope’s major passions include caring for others and expressing herself through art. While Hope loves science and medicine, she is also very creative. When she isn’t studying the human body, she can be found at a piano writing a new song, swing dancing, or hanging out with friends. Ultimately, she wishes to love others and glorify God through the gifts he has given her. Matthew 5:16

Liam Barnette (DETECTIVE et al) is a freshman Finance major from Toronto, Ohio. He is making his Cedarville debut in Flight and has loved getting to work with the cast and crew to prepare the show. He started acting in high school and is excited to have the chance to continue to do so with this amazing cast. As he advances through his college years, he hopes to continue working with the Cedarville Theatre program to bring good, God-honoring performances to the community. Proverbs 16:9

FIVE DAYS TIL OPENING NIGHT!!
Let’s meet some of our talented cast!👇🏻

Caleb Allbaugh (VALET et al) is a freshman Business Management major from Cleveland, Ohio. This is his first experience in a college production. He has really enjoyed acting alongside a talented cast, and has also appreciated learning the drama techniques and reasoning behind character behavior. As the cast has worked, he has been reminded to glorify the Lord in theatre by applying John 3:30: “He must increase, but I must decrease.”

Emma Chilcote-Walenda (TWA PRESS AGENT et al) is a senior Theatre major from Beavercreek, Ohio. This is her 17th and final production at Cedarville! Some of her favorite past shows include playing Sally Brown in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, directing her senior capstone production, Over the River and Through the Woods, and stage managing 12 Angry Jurors. She is so grateful to be part of such an impactful show and wonderful cast! She wants to thank her husband, Joshua, for all his support and love. Psalm 150

Eden Cook (TRANSLATOR et al) is a senior Mathematics major from Galloway, Ohio. Although she finds acting immensely fun, her true love is dance and choreography. Eden has choreographed and performed in Cedarville’s production of The Secret Garden and The Power of a Story, and was dance captain for Horizons of Gold. It is truly an honor for her to be able to explore more acting, physical theatre, and dance in this production! Psalm 27:4

Jonah Locher (DR. JOHN CONDON et al) is a freshman Biblical Studies major from Merrimac, Massachusetts. Jonah is thrilled to be making his Cedarville theatre debut and is incredibly grateful for the remarkably talented and supportive cast and crew who have made this show possible. James 3:17-18
