Ron’s work captures the beauty, light, and atmosphere of the landscapes through both oil paintings and original serigraphs. This special exhibit celebrates the creativity of a remarkable artistic family, and we're honored to welcome Ron for an afternoon of art, conversation, and inspiration.

The Apple Shed Gallery is honored to present Family Affair: Ron Hoeksema & Family, a special exhibition showcasing the work of four generations of the Hoeksema family.

Featuring nationally recognized artists Ron and Mary Hoeksema, along with works by grandfather Herman Hoeksema Sr., father Herman Hoeksema, and nephew Marc Hoeksema, this remarkable collection celebrates a family's lifelong dedication to creativity, craftsmanship, and the arts.

Join us for the reception this Saturday, June 6 from 1–4 PM and meet Ron Hoeksema in person. Enjoy refreshments, explore the exhibition, and experience a collection that spans generations of talent and artistic expression.

What a weekend! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating 35 wonderful years of The Apple Shed. From reconnecting with longtime friends to welcoming new faces, this special weekend was filled with creativity, community, laughter, and so many great memories.
