Our Greater Austin Comic Con family is so heartbroken by the tragic news of Kaylee Hottle's passing this morning. We have no words.

Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with her family, friends, and everyone whose lives she touched during this incredibly difficult time. She will be remembered with love, and her memory will always hold a special place in our hearts.:(

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Robert Carradine. He was a truly kind, generous, and gracious presence, and we were honored to have him as a guest at our 2023 show. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.

Sad news in the entertainment world:
Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, known for his iconic role as the evil sorcerer Shang Tsung in the Mortal Kombat franchise and for his performances in The Last Emperor, Licence to Kill, and The Man in the High Castle passed away.

A representative confirmed he died from complications following a stroke. He was 75.

An incredible talent and unforgettable screen presence. May he rest in peace.
