It is hard to believe another year has come and gone. Time passes so quickly.

I have been working hard to get the display broken down and stored. I have most of the animals and blowups taken care of.
And I am almost completely done with the lights along the El Salido fence line and the Cypress Creek entrance.

I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and I hope to see you all again in December 2026.

I hope that everyone had a nice Christmas. We had a good year with all the family being together. Having all of the kids and grand kids over was wonderful.

This was a milestone year for us. It is our 25th year of doing the display and the 20th year of us collecting for the food bank. Over the past 20 years, we have collected a total of over $50,000 in donations and over 8,000 pounds of food. A big thank you to everyone that has donated over the years.

Happy Friday evening! Well, I finally pestered Frank enough about adding a "new" song to our synchronized play list. If you have been by the last couple of nights then you had the sneak peek. Hope yall enjoy and fingers crossed it won't be another 10 years until the next one😉

I completed my annual business trip, so I am back home and taking over the care and feeding of the display. Slowly but surely resolving the problems that occurred while I was gone.

If you see me outside when you come by, please say hello. More than half the joy I get from putting up the display is just watching the reactions of people that come by to see it.

The Christmas display lighting was a great success. Thank you to all our friends and neighbors that came out to start our 25th year of the light display. The lights will be on every evening until January 1st. We hope yall can come by and say hi!

There isn't much time left until the lighting on Thanksgiving evening. Most of the display is up but there are still things to finish up and programming to do. Hope to see yall at the lighting!

As you may already know, we collect non-perishable food items for the local food bank for the holiday season. This year we have decided to set up our donation bin early AND now we are also setting out a "Pantry" bin. If you or someone you know is in need of food please swing by and help yourself to any pantry items(food for fur babies too!).

Time to get started for 2025. This will be the 25th year of us sharing our display with our neighbors.

I have the house outlined, the trees wrapped and the Mega tree up. Time to start on the waterfall, stream and pond.

Be sure and say hello if you see me out there hanging lights.

Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone has had a nice 2025 so far. I have most all of the display down. Still need to unwrap the trees, but the big items are all taken care of.

I want to do some much needed maintenance on the Arch. Let's see if I do it before I put it away, or if I just leave it to next year. Odds are next year, but maybe I will surprise myself.

Hot Cocoa for Christmas Eve was a great success. We had a huge number of visitors last night. It was great talking with many of them.

The display will continue to run until New Years Day.
