🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Jacob Chipman 🌟

This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on our new Music Director, Jacob Chipman!

While Jacob may be new to the CCCMT family, he has been a beloved part of our local theater community for years. As the choir and musical theater teacher at Canyon View Middle School, he has inspired countless students through his passion for music and vocal performance.

Many of us have also enjoyed watching him perform on stage with Cedar Valley Community Theatre and IMPAC, where his talent, enthusiasm, and love for theater shine in every production. His dedication to the arts and the positive energy he brings to every rehearsal and performance make him a wonderful addition to our team.

We are thrilled to welcome Jacob to CCCMT and can’t wait to see his creativity, talent, and passion come to life as he helps bring The Little Mermaid to the stage this summer. We know our performers are in great hands, and we’re so excited for all the magic ahead!

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on one of CCCMT’s most beloved family members—Dave!

For the past 11 years, Dave and his family have been an important part of the CCCMT community. Whether he’s on stage getting audiences laughing during Calling All the Monsters or working behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly, Dave brings his heart to every role he takes on.

Known for his fun-loving spirit, contagious energy, and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, Dave helps make CCCMT feel like home. From offering a listening ear to lending a helping hand, he brings kindness, laughter, and joy to everyone around him.

The impact Dave has had on our CCCMT family is impossible to measure. His dedication, positivity, and genuine love for this community help make every summer a little more magical.

Last night, our cast gathered for their very first read-through, and the room was already filled with excitement, laughter, and the start of new friendships. From the first page to opening night, we’re so excited to watch this talented group bring the magic of The Little Mermaid to life.

The adventure under the sea is officially underway, and we can’t wait to share every step of the journey with you. 💙🐚
