"Nature is where I go to have my senses soothe and put back in order" Alot was lost during the pandemic but thankfully alot was also gained. When international travel had ceased during the height of the pandemic and Trinidad borders remainded closed, I found new refuge and peace in The Catskills Mountains. Just about a 2hrs drive from NYC was all I needed to feel balanced again
