Nearly 110 contractors contributed to the stabilization and development of the Foreland buildings. When we opened the buildings, our campus had 27 studios. We now have over 50 studios and commercial spaces, and continue to grow. The best part is: No widows were made in the development of Foreland.

Before anything is finished, there’s this: time spent working something through. In these spaces, ideas don’t arrive fully formed, they’re shaped through use. Across generations and disciplines, these artists build meaning through sustained attention to the process itself.

The Foreland Waterfront is being developed in order to create a place where people can come and sit a while. It is a place to enjoy the tidal estuary alongside our campus, Catskill Creek, and visit with tenants or be a patron of local business. We’re very oroud of this next step in the evolution of Foreland. We welcome your interest — get in touch for leasing.

WE HAVE STUDIOS! Scroll to view our medium-size studios and one premier (giant!) studio now on offer. One of these spaces is brand new, the others have been occupied by long-time tenants. Huge thank you to those folks for being such wonderful community members through the years. Get in touch via link in bio and JOIN US! (Note: Studio 17F is a rendering while the space is being remodeled. Studio 25F does not have natural light but is very bright with high ceilings. And lastly, Studio 7 is not a good fit for those who are highly sound sensitive.)
