Studio Fees and Recording Costs:
In Studio Recording: $35.00 / hour
or
flat rate for two days of recording regardless of time spent $600.00
Live Album recording also available upon request. Pricing
depend upon location of venue and number of technicians
necessary for your type of music
Musician Costs:
Jason Dutton (Professional Musician, all instrumentation for
10 songs) $500.00
Other professional Musicians are available upon request
pricing depends on many factors but can range from $150
per project to $300 per day in the studio. For information
on these musicians please contact me using the information
listed above and below.
Mixing, Effects and Mastering Costs:
This is a flat rate fee for mixing and mastering your music
once the recording process is complete. I do this myself and
it usually takes me about two weeks to complete the process.
I will keep you in the loop the entire process and send you
"roughs"of the songs as I work toward producing the "master." $300.00
Unlike other studios and music production companies, when
the process is completed you own your masters and can do
with them as you please. Once you have taken possession of
the master copies and all contractual obligations are met,
Grassy Creek Recording will relinguish all claims to your
music and/or any other art, photography or property both
physical and intellectual.
Art and Photography Options:
Personalized Cover, Insert and Liner Note Art is available
and highly recommeded. This will make your Project stand
out and improves marketability if you plan put your product
on the market. Local Artists Chandra Chafin and Shakira Horne $100-$200
are available and have a close working relationship with
Grassy Creek Recording Studio. They will work with you to
make sure your personality not only shines through your music
but also through the artwork of the packaging. Samples of their
art and previous works with music production are available upon
request.
Personalized Photography and Digital Graphics are also available
to make your project stand out to potential new fans. Our area of
Southwestern Virginia is known for its beauty and mountainous $100-$200
terrain. Samples of photographic work and previous photographic
album covers are available upon request.
CD and Vinyl Duplication Options:
CD package 1
This includes CDs with digital print on the disc, full color
four panel insert, hard plastic clear case and celophane
clear plastic wrap
500 CDs for $1000 ($2.00 per CD) or 1000 CDs for $1500 ($1.50 per CD)
CD Package 2
his includes CDs with digital print on the disc, full color
two panel insert, hard plastic clear case and celophane
clear plastic wrap
500 CDs for $950 ($1.90 per CD) or 1000 CDs for $1400 ($1.40 per CD)
CD Package 3
This includes CDs with digital print on the disc, full color
4 panel wallet with spine and plastic wrap
500 CDs for 900 ($1.80 per CD) or 1000 CDs for $1300 ($1.30 per CD)
Digital Distribution
We now offer digital distribution through *Symphonic Distribution*.
They will release your music digitally to the largest network
of online stores and streaming partners in the industry: iTunes, Spotify, Beatport, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal, Pandora and many more. A
one-time set up fee takes care of your album and you keep
100% of the royalties your msuic earns with no annual or
maintenance fees.
1 time charge of $70
Vinyl Pack
This includes 12 inch 140 gram black vinyl with full color
printed label, lacquer cuttin and plating, 3 test pressings,
2 panel jacket, white dust sleeve and wrap.
500 LP Albums for $3100 ($6.20 per LP Album)
