I have danced most of my life, but that doesn’t mean I’ve always been confident.
I haven’t.

But performing has changed the way I see myself.

There is something incredibly powerful about committing to something that scares you a little… learning the choreography, pushing through the self-doubt, and then stepping onto that floor and realizing:

I DID THAT.

And that confidence doesn’t stay on the dance floor. You take it with you.

That is why performance opportunities at Ignite mean so much to me. It’s not about being the best dancer.

It’s about discovering what happens when you stop telling yourself “I can’t” and give yourself the chance to try.

Tuesday mornings are getting a little sassier!

Join us at 9:15 AM every Tuesday for Burlesque Aerobics — a fun, confidence-boosting workout that combines dance fitness with burlesque-inspired movement, attitude and a little bit of spice.

This isn't about being a certain age, size, shape or dance level. It's about moving your body, getting a great workout and giving yourself permission to play, let loose and feel GOOD.

No dance experience needed. No pressure to be sexy. Just come as you are and find your own version of it.
