It’s been quite a while since my last post. “Octane Associates” is still 110 % in support of ALL drag racing events in WY. !! EVERYONE KEEP RACING ALIVE!

I would like to take this moment to personally thank each and every person that has ever decided to enroll with our Armed Services.. “You are truly our heros and our protectors”.
Family, friends and neighbors ..
Here is a list of the veterans that have recently impacted my life:
TJ, Jeff, Miles, Casey, Justin, Darrell, Elgin, Liam, Aaron, Matt…. There are SO many more that I can’t even remember, they are our hidden hero’s.
The Octane site isn’t a big deal, but if you would like to post your personal military hero, I would encourage you to do so.

Today was bitter/sweet..
The Chevelle had a nasty wheel seal leak so I didn't get to run her at all today.. On the sweet side: I went to Douglas to catch their final event of the season and was FLOORED by the amount of racers there !! The pits were absolutely packed, as were the staging lanes.. Seeing that much interest in drag racing here in Wyoming got me back on track to start pushing for a permanent facility here in Casper.
I'll be the first to admit that some of the drama that's included with racing has certainly beat me down (more than once). CWM had a killer event today, it reminded me of the 90's.. Props to all of you guys..
If anyone has connections or contacts with the City of Casper or Natrona County, please reach out to me. I already have some broad brushstrokes down, I just need a little assistance to get things rolling.
AND A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT PROMOTES, WACTHES AND SUPPORTS ANY RACING EVENT HERE IN WYOMING, you are the heart and soul that makes the racing machine run.

The Thursday prior the the Wind City no-prep race in Bar Nunn, I had no trailer and no way to get my hot rod to the event... A quick "hopeful" call to Stephen at MAD Transportation and Towing and BINGO ,,!! I got a ride to and from the races.
What a great bunch of people Thank you all for getting me set up and for helping out at the races, you guys at the ultimate race fanatics ! And a huge thank you to Wind City no-prep for hosting the last event of the season, had a great time.

I would like to take a moment to thank EVERYONE that has supported Octane Associates, Drag Racing Events in Bar Nunn. We had a great run.😊
It looks like we have made a smooth transition for "Wind City, No Prep" to assume any/all operations for the 2024 season.
2023 was an incredible venture ! I met SO many great racers, supporters and HUGE FANS !!! As well as some ridiculously generous donors ! THANK YOU ALL !
The "Octane" FB page will remain open for comments and racing communications. (no bashing please).
"Octane Associates" is currently pursuing the possibilities of having a dedicated drag racing facility here in the Casper area. "Cross your fingers and hang in with me" ..
Special thanks to the Town of Bar Nunn, (Peter, Tim and Roberto) "you guys are awesome", you've went above and beyond !! Additional thanks to the Antons, you guys have given 110%. to make the races happen.

Octane Associates is 100% supporting "Wind City no prep" for taking over the races in Bar Nunn !!! I hope that everyone steps in to support !! I actually got BOTH of my rides up and running today so I can support them as they have supported me..
Lets ALL keep drag racing growing and thriving here in the Casper area.
