We've launched a new online camping registration form to make reserving your campsite easier than ever.

Due to recent county system challenges, some updates are being shared a little later than usual, and we appreciate your patience.

Campers may still pay by check. Debit and credit card payments will be available once county payment processing is restored, and we'll contact you directly to collect payment information. Online card payments are subject to a convenience fee.

🇺🇸🎻 The Chelan County Fair & Expo Center has long served as a place where our community comes together to celebrate traditions, make memories, and enjoy great events.

This week, we're proud to host the Wenatchee River Bluegrass Festival on our grounds. As our nation celebrates 250 years of American history, we're reminded of the traditions that bring communities together, music, storytelling, gathering with friends and neighbors.

🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

Today we honor the Stars and Stripes, a symbol of freedom, unity, and the enduring spirit of our nation. Since its adoption on June 14, 1777, the American flag has represented the values and sacrifices that have shaped our country’s history.

As we celebrate Flag Day, we’re also looking ahead to a very special year. The 2026 Chelan County Fair theme, “Stars, Stripes, and Carnival Lights – America’s 250th Anniversary,” will honor 250 years of our nation’s history while celebrating the community spirit that makes county fairs such a treasured American tradition.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness have helped protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on and give thanks for those who gave everything in service to our nation.

From all of us at the Chelan County Fair, we wish you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Chelan County’s networks have been hacked by malware. This impacts all departments within Chelan County government. As a precaution, we have shut down our network, computers and telephone system across all departments. Our IT department is working closely with our security partners to bring the system back up; however, we have no timeline on when this will happen.

The malware was detected at about 10 a.m. this morning by Chelan County IT. At this time, we do not know the extent or the full scope of the damage. Because offices are closed on Monday, we expect to have an update for you on Tuesday.

If you have an emergency, you can call Rivercom 911. This problem should not slow down responses to calls by the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office. Everbridge notifications are still active but may have slight delays because we will be going through a third party.

If you have critical business with one of our departments, please come in and speak with someone in that department during our regular hours.

She kicked off the month at the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival parade in Wenatchee and today she’s up north participating in the Manson Apple Blossom Festival parade in Manson. 🍎🌸
