The North Pole is now closed for the 2025 season. We are beyond grateful for every guest who stepped through our gates and helped create such a truly magical year.
Thank you for believing, celebrating, and making memories with us. We can’t wait to open our doors again in May 2026 and begin the next chapter of North Pole magic. 🎄❄️

We know this may be disappointing for those who were still hoping to visit, and we truly appreciate your understanding. For the safety of our guests and Santa’s helpers, we do have physical limits on how many people we can welcome each day, and tickets filled up fast this season.

We never sell tickets directly on Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok or any other social media platform. Any ad we post will always link back to our official website. We are so disappointed scammers can target families hoping to create a magical family memory.

Unfortunately, scammers do target seasonal attractions and can easily use pictures from our website or social media to look convincing, so please double-check before purchasing, we are not able to honor fake or scam tickets. We are here to help answer any questions you might have and you can always email or call us directly if you need ticket information or have questions. We want everyone to have a safe and magical visit!
