Formed in 1992, we have become ambassadors for SAS with our love for music and a dedication to bringing quality entertainment to one and all. VocalMotion, an adult show choir, is an all-volunteer performance group sponsored by SAS Institute in Cary, NC. Our members include SAS employees, spouses, and friends with a love for music and a dedication to bringing quality entertainment to the Triangle. We aim to delight our audiences with Broadway-style shows that appeal to a wide range of musical tastes. Our high-energy choreography, powerful singing, and sense of humor have inspired the Town of Cary to call us "the area's top show choir." Since 1992, we have entertained thousands of patrons at retirement centers, community centers, charity events, and at company-sponsored functions. Each year we support a local charity by performing benefit shows on the SAS campus. These performances consistently fill the company's 400-seat auditorium, receiving rave reviews and raising thousands of dollars for our designated charities. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of SAS, 100% of the donations we collect are given to these organizations. In addition to being a community favorite, VocalMotion has garnered attention on the national stage. In 2011, we were featured on America Sings, a nationally broadcast television show on the Gospel Music Channel. We are a group of performers who truly love bringing joy to others through song and dance, especially those who might not otherwise have access to it. We hope to have the opportunity to do so for many years to come!
