The center's Etowah Ballroom accommodates 1,400 guests for receptions, while a second ballroom, Stilesboro Hall, seats 300 guests banquet-style. Additional spaces include Carter Hall, a 300-seat lecture hall; nine classrooms, an executive board room, landscaped courtyard, and amphitheater. The Executive Board Room is ideal for hosting high level executive meetings with video conferencing for up to 30 people and data and electical outlets for 20 executives at the board table. Carter Hall offers a multitude of AV applications including dual lecterns and a green room for presenters. Classrooms are equipped with fully interactive Smart Boards. The Clarence Brown Conference Center also houses the Cartersville-Bartow County Visitor Information Center, a Georgia Regional Visitor Information Center, offering free brochures on more than 300 Georgia destinations.
