Dik Richie is a veteran electronic music DJ, producer, and community builder with a career spanning nearly three decades. Emerging from Detroit's underground warehouse and lounge scene in the late 1990s, he developed a signature style blending house, breaks, techno, and bass music into energetic, crowd-commanding performances. In 2004, he relocated to Las Vegas, earning residencies at iconic venues including Voodoo Lounge and Empire Ballroom, before returning to Michigan to continue performing throughout the Midwest at venues such as The Works and St. Andrews Hall while helping grow the region's electronic music community.
Beyond the decks, Dik is the founder of Bass Natives Productions and one of the founding members of Woodkey Festival, where he has served as a resident artist and creative force since the festival's inception. Through both organizations, he has helped shape the Midwest electronic music scene by producing events, building community, and creating spaces where artists and fans come together. In 2023, he was featured as the guest mixer on the late and legendary DJ Dan's official Stereo Damage Podcast (Episode 198), introducing his signature sound to listeners around the world.
Known for his creative mindset, professionalism, versatility, and instinctive ability to read any crowd, Dik Richie has built a reputation as both an exceptional performer and a dedicated advocate for electronic music. Nearly three decades into his career, he continues to push the culture forward through his performances, event production, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the electronic music community.
