An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to PROPOSE constitutional amendments.

1. Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government (including the president)

2. Limit the terms of office for federal officials

3. Limit the ability of Congress and the president to spend and waste our hard-earned money, via a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Article V of the Constitution: A Great Tool to Rein in the Federal Government

The Senate’s failure to pass the SAVE America Act is evidence that Congress cannot be relied upon to solve the problem of voter fraud. However, Article V allows states to initiate a constitutional amendment process: 34 state legislatures can request a convention to propose amendments, which would then require approval from 38 states. This provides a lawful way for states and citizens to restrain federal power without relying solely on elections.
