We appreciate everyone's positive feedback. As we are preparing to take our holding company Auri Inc., to new levels for the new season in 2025. Our developments and interests are growing in our inground and oil and gas resources.

Although, we are celebrating Yom Kippur , I just wanted to update our shareholders that we have several new acquisitions and developments for this week. The most important, is the contract announcement this week for our new "The Champ" product line, and the boxing celebrities that are "on-board" will surprise everyone. SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
I appreciate everyone's excitement, however, some shareholders are a little confused as to how the deal is being structured, and what happens next. First of all; all companies are their own entities that will continiuew to trade and have their own independant financials and recognize their own created revenues and cash-flow. However, Auri Inc., will own them so that Auri Inc as a "Holding company" will recognize All combined revenues, including Auri's own. The total picture, would show a greater Market Cap., and greater total reported revenues. This will enable Auri Inc., to uplist to NASDAQ. Also, as an added bonus, none of the companies will do any kinds of revesrse stock splits...NONE! Thank you, everyone for your support, now, help us grow the conglomorate.

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year! (SHANAH TOVAH!)
Yes, friends, its Rosh Hashanah again, and Yom Kippur just around the corner. These are two High Holidays that Jews will be celebrating all over the world starts at sundown on Sunday, September 25th, and ends at nightfall on Tuesday, September 27th.
The past year had its share of challenges and hardships. Covid 19, markets crashes, interest rates increase, economy scaring people, world conflicts and messed up politics all over the world! etc….
I just wanted to wish happiness and good will to Jews and non-Jews. Especially today, when the world seems to be “extra negative”, and people are worried about the future. So, I wanted to bring a message of hope and blessings to all of us. I don’t want to dwell on how I know, but we will have a much better New Year. Blessings will be shared by all!
Just stay positive and enjoy life in the “now”!

And pray for peace in the world! Prosperity and the rest will come!
