Granny ~ gracious, goodness, goodies galore, gratitude, a giving 🤍, gentle, the greatest gift, genuinely grown from the ground up, a gem, glowing, glittering, generous, graceful, giggles, grinning, a grandmother, great-grandma, & almost a great-great grand, garage sales, always one to getup & look great-n-go, a greeter, greater than great, grand, glory in God, and now at the golden gate in a gorgeous garden! ✨
One month ago today (3.18.2026) we lost our forever favorite lady. She loved life & treasured her family, friends, and her forever faith.
She’s been in the heart of downtown Carbondale since the 60s and has been my grandma since the 70s! She’s been in my life and in my children’s life since day one & it’s been pure dazzle-dreamy-n-delight, as she’s always held us tight.
A grandma for 49 years & a great grandmother for 20 years! Having her in our lives has truly been the greatest gift to be given. For all of us, to grow up close to her heart-n-home, has been the biggest blessing that’s always been blossoming-n-blooming beyond bright. We’re forever grateful for this lady as the ~ Greatest Granny full of Goodness!
Love & miss you, Gran! Thank you for ALWAYS being there for me, my children, my husband (the man you said was the best cook), my mom + dad, proud Papa, all our family & friends, and all my lil’ artists (& their sweet families) you always awed & adored. We’re going to miss you more than you’ll ever know, but we forever know you’ll always be watching over us & we’ll feel your loving presence everywhere we go. Thank you for always artfully assisting in the studio and coming to all my student art shows for 27 years in cozy & colorful Carbondale | Colorado!
