Sahn Taekwondo Carbondale Students learn the popular martial art of Taekwondo and self-defense techniques. Sahn Taekwondo focuses on the development of Mind, Body and Spirit.

Students learn the popular martial art of Taekwondo and self-defense techniques while improving balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, cooperation, leadership, and discipline. Taekwondo abides by the tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. Classes are designed to meet the needs of all ability & levels, from a family activity to competition training. C

lasses are geared to provide a fun, learning atmosphere for youth and adults. Additional Programs include:

Carbondale Instructors: Cedar Rose Guelberth 3rd Dan & Grand Master Richard Hodder 9th Dan Black Belt. Sahn Taekwondo black belts are certified by the United States Korean Martial Arts Federation and the World Taekwondo Federation.

A "waterbomb" storm hit the Daejeon area in South Korea this week. The storm caused serious damage to the hermitage Geumgodae. Flooding the Geumgodae with water and mud. This is the home of our dear friend and teacher Tae Won Snim and Sa beom nim 이미옥.

We are fund raising to assist in the repairs and to support the household at this time.
