It’s official. ✂️♥️

Today we celebrated The Kinder Nest with our official Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting, and what a full-circle moment this was.

Exactly one year ago, we purchased this building with a vision of creating a place where families could gather, celebrate and make memories together.

Since opening our doors, The Kinder Nest has already been filled with so many birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, family gatherings, celebrations and special moments—and every single one has helped turn this building into exactly what we hoped it would become.

A place that feels like home. ♥️

To every family who has booked with us, every person who has attended a gathering here, every business that has supported us, and every person who has shared a post, recommended us or simply cheered us on—THANK YOU.

The support our little Nest has received in such a short amount of time has been incredible, and we are so grateful to be part of this community.

Today we celebrate how far we’ve come…

…but we have a feeling The Kinder Nest is just getting started. 🥹♥️

Browse our photos, videos, and imagine your event here. ❤️

💌 2. Send us a message or submit an inquiry form - check the comments on this post for the link. We’ll check availability for your preferred date and time.

💬 3. Chat with Jessica.
We’ll find the perfect package, date, and time for your event!

📧 4. Watch for your contract.
Once everything is confirmed, I’ll email your contract and booking details—usually within just a few minutes of our conversation.

💳 5. Secure your date.
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event.
• If your event is within 30 days, full payment is required at booking.

🎉 6. You’re officially booked!
Now the fun begins—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

✨ A few important booking reminders:

• Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
• Contracts must be signed and the required payment received within 12 hours of being sent. After that, the date is automatically released back to the public.
• If your contract expires, no worries—you can always reach back out! We’ll simply check availability again before sending a new contract.

❤️ We are incredibly thankful for the support The Kinder Nest has received! With inquiries coming in every day, we unfortunately can’t hold dates without a signed contract and payment. This helps keep the booking process fair for everyone and ensures available dates go to families who are ready to reserve them.

Imagine ending your birthday party, family reunion, or any celebration gathered around a crackling fire, roasting marshmallows, making s’mores, and enjoying time with the people who matter most.

At The Kinder Nest, your event doesn’t have to end when dinner is over—it can end with laughter under the stars. ✨

Our outdoor space is the perfect place to gather around a bonfire and make memories that everyone will be talking about long after the fire goes out.

Bonfire Information:
🔥 Special event liability insurance is required.
🪵 Guests provide their own firewood, marshmallows, roasting sticks, and any other bonfire supplies.
❤️ We’ll provide the space—you bring the fun!

Life gets busy. Schedules don’t line up. Kids have activities. Before you know it, it’s been months since you’ve sat down and caught up with your best friends.

So why not make it easy?

Grab your favorite mom friends and meet at The Kinder Nest!

✨ The kids get to run, play, color, watch a movie, play games, and make memories together.

✨ The moms get 3 hours to laugh, catch up, drink coffee (or Diet Coke 😉), and enjoy each other’s company.

Order pizza or your favorite takeout, split the cost, and you’ve got the perfect weekday evening.

The best part? The more moms you invite, the less everyone pays!

For example, if 4 moms come, that’s just $50 each for the venue. Add about $25 each for pizza and drinks, and you’ve got an entire evening together for around $75 per person.

Have 5, 6, or even 8 moms? Even better! Just split the venue cost however you’d like.

💗 I’ll even make it easy by sending each mom her portion of the invoice, so no one has to collect money from everyone else.

No cleaning your house.
No entertaining everyone.
No worrying about making enough room.

Just show up, relax, reconnect with your favorite people, and let the kids have a blast together.

We’re so excited to be partnering with Saving Grace Photography to bring Christmas Mini Sessions to The Kinder Nest, Sunday December 6!

Whether you’re dreaming of photos with 🎅 Santa or prefer classic holiday portraits without Santa, you’ll have the option to choose what fits your family best.

The Nest will be beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating the perfect cozy backdrop for this year’s memories. ❤️
