🎀 Youth Cheer Teams:
Make sure to check the schedule for their first team practice & Saturday practices this month!
Get ready to work! This month, our youth teams are diving into skill-building, routine fundamentals, and bonding.
Focus: Stunting technique, motion perfection, and building that unstoppable team chemistry.
What to expect: High energy, hard work, and a lot of growth!
🤸♂️ Tumbling Classes:
From first-time flippers to advanced power tumblers, our weekly classes are designed to build perfect technique and unstoppable confidence.
Levels Available: Beginner (Forward rolls & handstands) through Advanced (Tucks, layouts, and twisting!).
Focus: Safe progressions, air awareness, and core strength on the spring floor and AIR tracks.
