Trying to get everything in one more trip to Lowe’s. Trying to get shelves built for the store! People give me puzzled looks when I tell them I am building glass shelves and then come back with a load of lumber.

Have you heard? AMARILLO/CANYON IS GETTING A GLASS ART STORE!!!! What’s the name of it, again? Oh yeah! BIG PAPA’S GLASS will be opening at the Diamond B Center on FM 2590!
So, I have some questions for you glassers in the area. What form of glass art do you do, stained (Tiffany), fused, mosaics or maybe something else? If you fuse, do you use 90 or 96 COE? Is there something specific that you would like for me to carry? Maybe a specific manufacturer or supplier you would like to have easy access to their products? Let me know and we will do our best to carry it for you, if possible.
We will also be having classes, kiln rentals, studio rentals, etc. Some of it may be incorporated in phases, but it is in the plans!
We are working on the place and building glass storage now. We would get it done faster if we didn’t have to keep making supply excursions! (Darn!)
Let us know! We are planning on opening around October 1. We have to take a little time to go see the grandkids and the newest granddaughter on the way!
