The Cherry Hill Potters Guild is grateful to the Michigan Arts & Culture Council (MACC) for awarding a grant in the amount of $21,900. The generous funds will be used to purchase and install a gas kiln; another means of firing our pottery pieces. It allows the Guild to introduce the technique of gas kiln firing to our members, students, and community supporters. MACC’s support of the arts in our community allows new and budding artists to grow and learn.

MAKE & TAKE RAKU WORKSHOP

Join the creative fun of glazing and observing your piece of Raku pottery being fired! Choose from assorted styles of pots priced from $15 - $30 and apply the glaze yourself. While waiting for the piece to finish, enjoy social time with your friends.
Food and beverage are allowed – BYOB

Date: Saturday June 13
Time: 5 pm – 8 pm

Registration Fee is $15 per person – collected at the door
