Artist Grant Opportunity!

FULTON COUNTY ARTISTS & CREATIVES ➡ THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU!

Are you an artist, maker, musician, photographer, writer, performer, or other creative living in Illinois?

Illinois Arts Council (IAC) is accepting applications for the FY27 Creative Accelerator Fund, offering $10,000 awards to support Illinois artists and their creative work.

Award: $10,000
Deadline: October 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

One of the unique aspects of this opportunity is that artistic quality and past accomplishments are not evaluated. Eligible recipients are selected through a randomized drawing process with funding allocated by IAC region.

Our neighbors in Macomb are still accepting artist applications for the Gazebo Art Festival. Deadline to apply is July 31st!

The clock is ticking- only 10 days left to apply to be an art vendor at the Gazebo Art Festival on September 12th from 9:00am-4:00pm at Chandler Park in charming downtown Macomb, Illinois!

From our talented artists and vendors to our volunteers, sponsors, musicians, and visitors, thank you for helping make the event such a success. Even though it was a hot one, it's always wonderful to see our community celebrate art and creativity in downtown Canton.
