When placing your order, please make sure you select **PICKUP** instead of **SHIP** if you plan to pick up your order in-store.

If the shipping option is selected, shipping charges will automatically be applied to your order.

As a courtesy, we will provide a **one-time credit** for shipping charges that were added by mistake and haven't shipped yet. Please note that we do keep track of these requests, as correcting them requires quite a bit of work on the back end of our business. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue multiple credits for the same situation.

If this happens to you, please immediately send us a message through Facebook Messenger so our Operations Manager can review and correct it as quickly as possible.
