Through the amazing efforts of 50 artists, and the partnership of the Special Improvement District and ArtsinStark, the Canton Arts District is an evolving collaboration of commerce, camaraderie, and creativity. The Arts District now boasts six art galleries (with regular hours) and twenty-two artist studios (open when artists are working, or for special events). We have 40 new pieces of public ar

t, fabulous restaurants, bars, little shops -- and a monthly First Friday celebration that attracts thousands. The Canton Palace Theatre is in the Arts District ... and just a few blocks north is the magnificent Cultural Center for the Arts. Come check us out. The 2026 Canton Centennial Plaza Summer Concert Series is back this Saturday June 20th as Whiskey Loco takes the Plaza stage at 6:30pm! Bring your chairs and come to the first concert of the 2026 season! This show is free to attend!

Whiskey Loco has built a reputation as one of NE Ohio's hardest working country bands. With their Rock and Roll background, they will bring their "High Energy Country Show" to the plaza! Throughout their show, they will showcase some of the newest modern country music favorites, as well as some of the good ol’ foot stompin' classics!
