Thank you to everyone who joined us for another wonderful season at the Ohio Christmas Factory. Your smiles, laughter, and holiday spirit truly power everything we do. 🎄✨

We’re incredibly thankful for all of your feedback and are carefully considering it as we plan ways to make the experience even more magical for everyone.

Behind the scenes, some *heroic* ideas are already taking shape. The kind that might make you believe in secret identities, epic teamwork, and doing good on a grand scale. And also… a certain festive town may be growing in ways that could enlarge even the smallest hearts a size or three. 😉

WEEKEND TICKET AVAILABILITY UPDATE:

Tickets are filling up quickly this weekend (Saturday 12/20 and Sunday 12/21) and many time slots are either already sold out, or expected to sell out, especially our earlier hours. Later time slots (6:30pm & beyond) will be the last to remain available.

Please note: if a time slot is sold out online, it will also be sold out at the box office. To make your visit smooth and stress-free, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance or checking availability at https://ohiochristmasfactory.santaticket.com before making the drive.

We do our best to accommodate everyone while keeping the experience enjoyable for all our guests, which means there is a limit to how many people we can welcome inside at one time.
