Hi, we’re seeking some part-time kitchen help for the remainder of our season which consists mainly of various Fridays and Saturdays September 12 thru December 12. If you’re interested or know of anyone that may be, have them complete this form and someone will be in touch soon! Thanks!

We need some help supporting our event schedule the rest of the season. At Der Bierstand, we have a simple menu - Brats, Dogs, Pretzels and Pulled pork. The work involved is mainly prep, assemble and clean up. There are usually 3-4 people working an event with usually 1-2 people opening, 3-4 people....

Sadly, we’re canceling today’s Buckeye Brass Quintet performance and won’t be opening Der Bierstand today due to the weather.

Between rain, heat, air quality and everything else Mother Nature has thrown at us, it’s been one heck of a season.

We’ll see you on Thursday for Eaglemania 🍻

As summer starts to wind down and many of our awesome staff head back to college very soon, our operating hours will shift starting this week to support scheduled events only.

We’ve learned SO much this summer—what you love, what works, and where we can make things even better. We’re already taking all of those lessons into next season and can’t wait to make Der Bierstand experience even better in 2027! 🍻

We’re so grateful for the incredible team that made this summer so much fun. 💛

And don’t worry—we’re not done yet! We’ll soon be releasing the list of Oakwood Square and Sidestreet MKTS events we’ll be fully supporting, so keep an eye out for those dates and come hang with us!

We took a look at today’s forecast, and it’s just not looking like a great Biergarten day.

So we’re CLOSED TODAY and saving our energy for a big Saturday at Der Bierstand.

Tomorrow we open at 1 PM, slinging bier, brats, flatbreads and more all afternoon and straight through the Sidestreet MKTS HOF Night Market 2026, running from 4–9 PM.

We’re open at 1:00 today! 🍻

Due to the Taylor Swift Dance Party at the amphitheater this evening, we won’t have Live Musik in the Biergarten tonight.

But there’s still plenty to enjoy! Have you tried our new flatbreads yet? The Smokehaus BBQ and Bavarian Beef are quickly becoming customer favorites!

Our haus-smoked pulled pork, bier cheese, caramelized onions, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

🥩 Bavarian Beef Flatbread
Shaved roast beef, bier cheese, caramelized onions, and a creamy horseradish sauce.

These items will be available Fridays and Saturdays only, beginning this week.
