Join us for our Aerial Hoop/Lyra Workshops on Saturday, June 6th!
Workshop times available:

Come learn the basics of aerial hoop while putting together a fun beginner-friendly flow to help you get comfortable with the apparatus — and see if Lyra is your new favorite obsession at FWF! 💫

Students will focus on:
✨ Building core & upper-body strength
✨ Learning foundational hoop skills
✨ Mounts, sits, and beginner poses
✨ Fun shapes like Mermaid & Man in the Moon
