Wait… HOW are some schools already back in session?! 😭😂

Because tell me why it feels like we were just at Overhills Prom two days ago?!

Like… wasn’t it JUST prom season?! What a fever dream. 😩

And we’re still thinking about this Butterfly Garden theme. 🦋🌸✨ The details, the looks, the energy… Overhills really said let’s make it a night to remember, and they understood the assignment 🤏🏽

A few months later and we’re already missing prom season 🥹

Okay, Overhills… run those memories back with us. 🦋📸

Until next time ✌🏽

Memory Lab 🧪 had so much fun at TerraBella’s Spring Fling Family Night! 🌸🌼

We absolutely loved smiling, laughing and dancing with all of the residents and the people that have the pleasure of calling them family.

The staff did a remarkable job planning such a fun and interactive evening. It was easy to see just how much they care.

We hope we have the pleasure of cutting a rug with you again in the future, TerraBella. 💃🏽🫶🏽

Until next time ✌🏽

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It appears that an affair of exceptional style and youthful splendor has taken place—and oh, what a sight it was.

Malaysia’s Sweet 16 Sneaker Ball proved that elegance need not abandon comfort, as satin met street and gowns paired ever so daringly with the finest of sneakers. A most modern twist on tradition, and one executed flawlessly.

Smiles sparkled brighter than any jewel, and confidence—ah, confidence—was the true guest of honor. 💎

Memory Lab was most delighted to preserve such magic. For what is a milestone without memories to revisit?

Should another celebration of such charm and originality grace the calendar, we do hope Memory Lab finds itself on the guest list once more.

Until next time ✌

Memory Lab 🧪 spent a Saturday with Aberdeen Carolina and Western Railway ( ) for their Bunny Tails and Rails event, and it was hoppin! 🐇🚂

Huge thank you to all the beautiful families that graced the booth with their presence.. I mean look at these smiles! 🤩

It was such a fun, wholesome experience, and you can clearly see that everyone was having a great time. From the DJ and the egg hunts, to the train rides and amazing food truck vendors (that lemonade was out of this world), it was a 10/10 event!

We even got a selfie with the Easter Bunny! 🤭🐰

Aberdeen Carolina and Westen Railway also offers a ton of other themed rides such as brunch and murder mystery dinners - so be sure to check out their website if you’re looking for some fun summer activities.

It was an absolute pleasure to capture the memories made at this event, and we hope to work with you again in the future. 📸

Until next time ✌🏽

Memory Lab 🧪 had the pleasure of capturing the priceless memories made at ‘s 35th Birthday Retreat! 🥳

This year, Shaveaz decided to do something different and hosted a weekend retreat in the beautiful North Carolina mountains ⛰️

The theme of this event was “Episode 35,” not only honoring her age, but also a tribute to her debut YouTube channel: Freed from Silence.

Check it out here: https://m.youtube.com/?fbclid=IwVERDUARd361leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZAo2NjI4NTY4Mzc5AAEeIK-KYY7o4ffMouVNif1XZuKMZ5Ii4866CPx5h-hUzQFjRmCP9b8kj6el6JY_aem_n4pF6Yu3c3wHat5TKNhMVw

The purpose of the retreat was to foster deeper connections and relationships with the women who comprise the Be You Black Girl community.

Be You Black Girl is a women’s group founded by where women from all walks of life can come together to be seen, heard, supported, held accountable and find their tribe. You should check them out if you’re in search of community.

Shavez’s selflessness was something to behold. As was the camaraderie of the group as they came together in a multitude of ways in order to make the weekend go smoothly. You could literally feel the love in every room.

Once again, Happy Birthday, Queen! May your blessings continue to overflow. 🫶🏽

Until next time ✌🏽
