We’re Hiring!

At Advanced Flight Systems, we design and produce custom instrument panels and aircraft wiring harnesses for Home-Builders. We are looking for someone with a passion for general aviation to join our sales team, in Canby, OR.

We’re hoping to find someone who has or is interested in working on pilot certificates of any level, and who has a fundamental understanding of avionics. This role would be interfacing with new and existing customers over email, phone and/or video calls, and may even be able to attend some of the larger airshows like AirVenture Oshkosh, Sun-n-Fun, and more.

Some Badass Kitfox panels! We've been hearing from a lot more Kitfox builders lately and we're excited to have so much to offer. Though many folks keep their Kitfox panel more VFR centric, some of these really show how much capability you can pack into that panel.

We just posted a new video on YouTube demonstrating our new Version 17 software flying in the RV-10. We flew from Dietz Airpark to Newport, Oregon doing a RNAV (GPS) RWY 16 approach using the Avidyne IFD-550. After Newport, we flew to Aurora, Oregon and did the RNAV (GPS) RWY 35 approach and a landing back at Dietz Airpark.

🔥NEW PRODUCT ALERT!🔥

We are excited to offer customizable tail number plates, they are powder coated aluminum, black with a textured finish, featuring laser engraved tail numbers. We are now installing these on most of the panels we build, with future-proofing in mind.

The last couple of Zenith Aircraft panels we've built have featured these plates, instead of engraving the panel itself, and we really like the way it looks!

What a year! We launched our new webstore, started offering complete airframe harnesses, and cranked out a whole bunch of beautiful panels. It's been a great year for all of us, and we hope it's been a great year for all of you!

Our offices will be closed December 25th-27th, then Monday the 30th and Wednesday January 1st for the holidays, a few of us will be in tomorrow the 24th, and Tuesday the 30th.

We look forward to the next lap around the sun, and can't wait to see what next year has in store!

Incase you were wondering, yes a 12" HDX does fit in an RV-7 Panel... barely...

This RV-7 panel is fully decked with 12" and 10" SkyView HDX, Avidyne IFD 540, and PS Engineering PMA450 Audio panel. That's a lot of screen real estate for one panel!

...Another gorgeous RV-10 Panel ready to take to the skies...

The beauty features Three AFS EFISs, two 6600 10.4" screen in front of both pilots, and our massive 12" 5700 in the center. The Avidyne IFD540 steering the ship with full IFR capability, and an AV-30 backup with it's own battery and AHRS to keep the greasy side down. A remote Dynon com radio and PS Engineering audio panel lets you get all the awesome features without taking up an extra panel space.

If you can get lost flying with this much panel, you've got bigger problems.

Check out this awesome RV-10 panel with triple 10" HDXs! Over 200 square inches of glass in this panel, over 70% of the total area!

This is the first RV-10 panel we've setup for an aircraft to be powered by the DeltaHawk diesel two-stroke engine, we cant wait to see (and hear) it up and flying, we hope to see it at soon!
