I’m always late posting BUT THIS STILL DESERVES A SPOT ON THE FEED… plus it’s never a bad time to eat a hot dog so there’s that *screeches in bald eagle!!!!* 🦅

USA USA USA!!!! Also to put in perspective… this flag was ~13 ft tall and nothing screams USA more than that!!! Plus my friends Cloud 9 & Shine were around + it’s ALWAYS a good day when we get to play on their bouncehouses!

So thankful for clients who trust me and let me roll with it because beautiful things can happen. This was super special because Crystal was one of the first people to trust me in the very beginning of Pumped Up Balloone and here she is almost 5 years later STILL trusting me 🥹

On another note, I’m opening my books back up Wednesday! I have not checked or even looked at them or my emails in over a month so it’s going to take some time if you have submitted one.

I just needed to take a step back before I burnt myself out and was too far gone. I managed over 70 projects in 5 weeks and that’s a LOT. I’m so thankful for busy seasons but it takes a toll on me + my family. I’ve also kind of been in a stage of weird grief — waves of sadness, guilt, overwhelm, + hurt have come and go since Knox passed but this past month or so has been like a tsunami. I’ve been in a funk that’s hard to crawl out of but Jesus has carried me and he always will!!! Thankful for that mercy + grace He provides.

But enough about me… I can’t wait to share all of the things I’ve created with the hands and the gift of balloons that God has given me!!! He is SO good, amen? 🩵

Still taking time away from inquiries — closing out a busy season, catching up on life. I’ll post when my books are back open!

SOME HOUSEKEEPING (which I really need to do in my own home) 🙃

A little update from behind the scenes over here at Pumped Up… my books are currently CLOSED for new orders/events for the time being.

Between Knox Your Socks Off Foundation, these next couple weeks of graduation season chaos, installs, regular orders, community projects, life, kids, and approximately 47 different tabs open in my brain at all times… I’ve hit the point where I need to pause (AND CATCHUP!!) before I accidentally become one of those wacky waving inflatable tube men myself. I haven’t seen my friends, hardly my fam and I desperately need to do laundry + dishes.

I never want this business to turn into rushed work, delayed communication (which it has… I’m so sorry) or me saying “yes” when I realistically should’ve said “I physically cannot add another balloon to my bus.” So instead of overbooking and drowning, I’m choosing to step back for a minute and catch up properly!! (Patting myself on the back because this is hard for me LOL)

If you already have an order booked with me… you are GOOD and nothing changes for you 🤍

If you’ve already messaged me/inquired ALREADY about a future event or we’ve chatted, I’ll still work through those conversations too!

I’m incredibly grateful (and honestly a little mind blown) that this little business has grown enough to even require a post like this.. I’ve never had to do this before so I’m internally spiraling/freaking out/second guessing a little bit. Thank you for keeping me busy, trusting me with your events, and continuing to support all my chaotic little ideas.

I’ll post updates when books reopen. I’m assuming by looking at my calendar it’ll be after May25th unless I grow two extra sets of hands and my brain gains 100% capacity 😆😆 Until then… I’ll still try to be posting because it is sometimes fun for m but if you see me in public holding an iced coffee and staring into the distance, mind your business 😂
