FSCC is excited to share that we will again offer a Skate Cincinnati competition this April.

What’s changed for this year:
- US Figure Skating has changed the names and/or eliminated some Compete USA levels. This announcement reflects those changes.
- We’ve added the Compete USA Solo Dance event.
- We’ve added Adult Pre-Bronze – Bronze events.
- Our Showcase events will use the Component Judging System and be eligible for National Showcase qualification.

Over 180 athletes have officially been named to compete at U.S. Championships in January. Here in Cincinnati, we have a unique opportunity to see the US Figure Skating Championship event in Columbus this January. Being able to see the competitors in person is very different from watching them on tv. The grace, athleticism and power can be life changing (and career changing) to skaters when seen in person.

Just a reminder that there is a Cincinnati Skating block of 100 seats at the US Figure Skating National Championships January 2024 in Columbus. Seats are behind the judges towards the middle of the lower level. $41 pp/per event which is a fantastic price!

Lisa Graham has coordinated a block of 100 seats at the US Figure Skating National Championships January 2024 in Columbus. Seats are behind the judges towards the middle of the lower level. $41 pp/per event which is a fantastic price! She reserved Finals only -Women’s Freeskate Friday evening, Ice Dance Saturday afternoon, Pairs Saturday evening and Men’s Freeskate Sunday afternoon.

Congratulations to Warren King on his advancement in the ranks of judging through US Figureskating! I can’t think of anyone more deserving and our club is very blessed to count him among one of our members. He is truly dedicated to this sport!
