Our talented musicians and color guard members are gearing up for an incredible season, and we need our amazing Laker community's help to make it the best one yet!

To make supporting the band easier than ever, we’ve officially launched our Camdenton Pride of the Lake Amazon Wishlist.

🔥 PRO TIP: Amazon Prime Day is officially next week (June 23–26)! If you are a Prime member, it’s the perfect time to grab items from our list. You might snag some amazing discounts, and several everyday essentials like school supplies, snacks, and wipes usually see huge price drops!

📦 What’s on our list?

Every item—big or small—makes a massive difference for our kids. You'll find things like:

• 💧 Hydration & Nutrition: Cases of water, sports drinks, and healthy snacks to keep energy high during hot summer rehearsals.

• 🩹 Rehearsal Essentials: Sunscreen, first-aid supplies, extra bobby pins, and Sharpies for our section leaders.

• 🎺 Performance Gear: Instrument maintenance supplies and uniform care items.

Thank you to all who submitted an interest form and ran for a position on the board! We are blessed to have so many parents who volunteer time and talents and invest in the lives of our students!

This year we are putting together a fundraiser Showcase Night for our Jazz Band, Percussion Ensembles, and Winter Guard. The event takes place Friday, April 24th at Camdenton High School. It is $10 for entry per individual. With that $10 you gain access to all three performances. Feel free to come for all three or whatever performance really interests you. The different performance times are below.

Winter Guard - 6pm
Percussion Ensembles - 7pm
Jazz Band - 8pm

We will also be raffling off the opportunity to pie Mr. Z in the face at the end of the evening!

All proceeds generated goes directly to The Pride of The Lake Band Boosters to support all programs within Camdenton Bands. I hope you consider showing your support and attending our event!
