Less than a week till showtime! Atlantic Ballet Company's dance troupe and students from its school present "The Enchanted Storybook" full length production on Sunday, June 11th at 3:00 p.m. This dreamlike adventure transports family audiences through the pages of a super-size storybook set. Each chapter of this "Once Upon A Time Storybook" offers a new colorful landscape , setting the stage for your favorite Princesses and princes, who share the spotlight with hip hopping Mushrooms and adorable Pokémon cuties. Rapunzel, Snow White, Ariel, Pocahontas, Aurora and Frozen's Anna and Elsa are all dancing. The audience will share their joyful reunions with their fun loving companions and fear their dreaded enemies, Maleficent and Queen Ravenna.
Intermission is offered in this two hour family viewing production for our youngest fans to take a break. Classical ballet, pointe, jazz, modern and hip hop are all featured in this performance. Students range in age from 4 years old through adult and from beginner to advanced level dancers.

Last post for a busy Ruckus news day, but certainly not the least:

We are THRILLED to announce we’ll be participating in the 1st annual Rockport Donut Festival!

Save the dates!! Friday, June 2nd & (especially) Saturday, June 3rd (cause’ that’s when all the donut vendors are gonna be there 😬🍩)

As the Festival approaches I’ll share more, but this is slightly awesome for the Midcoast.
