South Camden Theatre Company We are Camden’s first professional theater opened in 2005. South Camden Theatre Company, Inc. is a 501C(3) nonprofit organization. You won’t be disappointed.

SCTC was incorporated on October 6, 2005. Contributions to SCTC in the United States are tax-exempt to the extent provided by law. We are a professional theatre company who is working hard to pay each of it’s actors, directors, designers and employees a small, but fair wage. At this point in time, we’re paying our directors, actors and designers a small, but growing stipend. We are hoping to one d

ay be in a position to hire at least one equity actor for each of our season’s productions. This not only helps to increase the quality of our shows, but it enables us to teach, learn and grow as a team. Your attendance and support are what we need to help us meet this goal. We are thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with Camden Comedy Collective to bring you THE IMPROV WORKSHOP, a six-week immersive course introducing you to the world of improvisation in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. With the support and guidance of facilitator Dr. Holly Sawyer, you'll learn the basics of improv through engaging exercises and group game play. No previous experience required!
