🎭✨ RECITAL INFORMATION ✨🎭
Our 2026 Dance Recital is getting so close and we are SO excited to celebrate all of our dancers! Please read through all recital information carefully below. 🤍
📍 RECITAL SHOW TIMES
🩰 11:00 AM Show:
• Tuesday Beginner Classes
• ALL Preschool Classes (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Competition students featured
💃 4:00 PM Show:
• Monday Intermediate & Teen Classes
• Competition students featured
🎟 TICKETS
• $15 = One Show
• $25 = Both Shows
❗Dancers do NOT need tickets (including if they are watching a sibling’s show)
❗Children under 5 are FREE
🎫 PRESALE TICKET WEEK
Tickets will be available for presale:
📅 May 18th–21st
🕓 4:00–7:00 PM ONLY
After presale week, tickets will ONLY be available at the door.
🚪 DOOR OPENING TIMES
• School doors open 1 hour before each show
• Auditorium doors open 45 minutes before showtime
🪑 SEATING
Seating is first come, first serve EXCEPT for the front middle rows.
⭐ FRONT ROW RAFFLE
Our competition teams will be selling raffle tickets for reserved front middle section seating! Winners will be drawn the week of the recital. Thank you for supporting our teams! 🤍
🏅 4+ YEAR DANCE RECOGNITION
If your child has completed 4 years of dance or more (ANY studio counts, as of June), please fill out the form posted on our page so they receive proper recognition during recital!

👗 COSTUMES & IN-CLASS DRESS REHEARSALS
There should have been tights included with costumes — please double check your bags!
Please send your child’s FULL costume to class the week of:
📅 May 18th–21st
We will be doing quick dress rehearsals during class time that week.
❗PLEASE LABEL ALL COSTUME BAGS
If you will not be there for drop off/pick up to help your dancer change, please hand costumes directly to Miss Katherine so nothing gets misplaced.
🎭 STAGE REHEARSAL
📅 Wednesday, June 3rd
📍 High School Auditorium
4-5PM- Intermediate & Teen Students
5-6PM All Preschool & Beginner Students
❗This is NOT a dress rehearsal
❗NO costumes needed
❗This is a CLOSED rehearsal
Preschool parents may stay to help if needed.
Please note this is on a WEDNESDAY, not our usual Friday schedule.
⭐ Competition students only need to attend rehearsal IF they learned a new routine for recital (solos, duos, new groups, etc.).
⏰ RECITAL DAY ARRIVAL
Please have dancers fully dressed and ready 30 minutes before showtime and bring them to the dressing room area.
There will be signs posted to help direct everyone.
💳 JUNE TUITION
Please note that June tuition must be paid before dancers are able to perform in the recital on Saturday, June 6th.
🩰 CLASSES AFTER RECITAL
Classes will continue for 2 weeks AFTER recital! Attendance is optional, but we have some fun things planned and would love to see everyone there! 🤍
🌸 FLOWERS, CONCESSIONS & FOOD
Flowers and small concessions will be available for purchase at the recital! All proceeds help support our competition teams with future expenses. Thank you for supporting them!
🌮 JoJo’s Empanadas will also be there that day, so make sure to stop by and grab some AMAZING food while you’re there! 🤍
👕 FINALE SHIRTS
If you ordered a finale shirt, they will be handed out at rehearsal on June 3rd.
💄 MAKEUP REQUIREMENTS
All students should wear stage makeup to avoid looking washed out under stage lights.
Required for all dancers (except preschool optional):
• Blush
• Lipstick
• Light mascara
• Eyebrow pencil/fill
Preschool dancers are encouraged to wear makeup, but it is NOT required.
💇♀️ HAIR REQUIREMENTS
Hair can be ANY STYLE you prefer as long as it is pulled up out of their face and tightly secured with some gel and/or hairspray. Acrobatic students must have their hair all the way pulled up (no half up/half down styles). Braids, buns, ponytails, etc. are all acceptable!
👞 SHOE REQUIREMENTS
• Ballet = Pink ballet shoes
• Tap = Black tap shoes
• Jazz = Tan jazz shoes
• Acro = Barefoot
