Since I can’t seem to access my regular profile through the FB app, I will post this one here. It seemed like an appropriate still life for the season. It is a 16”x24” oil from that I painted a few years back. Every season has its beauty..celebrate each one! 🍁🎨🎃🙂

5/8/ 21 - My yard is a sea of pretty spring wildflowers: dandelions, forget-me-nots, bluets, and violets. I picked a bunch, adding a tulip and a small daffodil, and set up this still life and painted it to wish you all a very Happy Mother’s Day!! ❤️🎨🙂

Wishing you all a Happy Easter. Here’s a little 12”x12” oil, along with some process photos. Be well! 🎨🌼🙂

April 2, 2021 - This was at the 1 hour mark for doing my Live demonstration. I will try to continue with a time lapse...but I need to switch to my phone, because the iPad does not have that camera feature...🎨

Last March, as the pandemic started to unfold, our governor gave a Stay at Home order, which meant that we all had to “shelter in place”. I started doing daily paintings, which I called Isolation Sketches. This painting by is a “Memento Mori” theme that I called “Time & Toilet Paper”, because I thought that the strangest reaction to possibly dying in a pandemic was the mad rush to buy and hoard toilet paper. It is 9”x12” in oils, and it was painted 3/26/20.

This past year has been like no other. We have just come through a year of living through a pandemic, and I hope that you and your loved ones are well. This was painted a year ago, 3/27/20, as one of my many “Isolation Sketches”. When the governor of Vermont gave the “Stay at Home” order at that time, and schools and businesses shut down, I began doing daily paintings in and around my home. This was one of my little interiors, and this one is painted in casein.
