We are so incredibly excited about this! Come out and see us on the gorge in April for some operatic masterpieces!

In honor of and women composers past and present, CGOA and Opera Cecilia are thrilled to include music by Baroque composer Francesca Caccini at our upcoming concerts on April 1 and 2. We'll be performing music from her comic opera La liberazione di Ruggiero, the earliest known opera by a female composer. Tickets at gorgeorchestra.org

Hello all!

It's been a hot minute since we have updated out page, but we wanted to get it up and running again!

Our next upcoming event is called "Love Letters To The Arias I Fear" - where artistic director and founder Taylor Gonzaga presents five iconic arias and original poetry in a harrowing and honest art film centered on the emerging artists experience. We also have some other amazing season events underway. This year will mark our first collaboration with the Columbia Gorge Orchestra Association in the spring, and we will launch an incredible abridged operatic film of Dvorak's Rusalka in the summer. This season, we also have some remarkable guest artists performing in digital presentations on our Youtube Channel and Podcast. Announcing the third performance of our fully digital inaugural season!
Opera Cecilia is proud to announce that they will be presenting “Artists For Peace” a digital benefit concert featuring emerging artists from all over the world, with 100 percent of all proceeds going to reputable organizations that are providing humanitarian aid to victims of the war in Ukraine. The OC team is heartbroken at the events happening overseas, and we want to help in the best way we know how: through the expression of our art.
OC is proud and thankful to be collaborating with for the promotion of this concert. More information on how YOU can submit a donated performance to this concert will be announced here on Monday March 7th, with official concert premiere dates and ticketing information coming by the end of next week.
Emerging artists were meant to impact the world. Help us to raise our voices in song to provide joy, catharsis, and monetary support to worthy causes during this difficult time in our history.
