September brings a lineup of excitement: the new routines, new fresh faces, and plenty of cozy days at the NFC to settle back into Autumn.

Dads + their dudes, get ready to dodge, duck, dip, and dive! Join us for an hour of friendly father + son competition, flying foam balls, and way too much fun! Whether you're a dodgeball legend or just here for the free slices and fellowship, this will be a guys' night out to remember.

💛 This FREE Marriage Class for adults will run from Sept 2 - Oct 7 @ 5:30-6:30pm. All interested adults welcome (not just married couples).

💛 We provide free childcare for children 0-3yrs if needed-- registration is required for childcare so we can plan to have enough helping hands!

🤸‍♀️ *TODAY* Toddler Wiggle & Move @ 9:30-10am! This will be a "parent+me" style class where kids & their grown-ups get easy instruction on how to move, play & have tons of fun while everyone gets a bit of easy exercise.*Please NOTE: 12 kid max, first come, first served.

📣 LAST WEEK to register! 🏈 All skill levels welcome. Beginner-friendly class with a focus on football fundamentals. Age-appropriate sports equipment will be used for each age group 👍 You can't find a better deal for a fun season of sports!
