We have received funding from the MACC since 2017. We had hoped to offer 4 new performances of The Red Jacket Jamboree. We are uncertain if we can make up this funding at this time. If you'd like to sponsor a performance, you may contact the Director at realpeoplemedia @ gmail.com

The Charitable Organizations and Solicitations Act, MCL 400.271 et seq., requires an organization to register if it solicits or receives contributions in Michigan.

Since Fall of 2021, we have recorded episodes of The Red Jacket Jamboree in our own studio!! Now Real People Media is raising funds for our OWN radio station- WRJX-LP 94.1 FM to broadcast episodes of the RJJ and other exciting programming not regularly heard in our region. RPM is looking for volunteers on committees, the board and as docents to help keep our doors open 7 days a week. Help us Build Community through storytelling.

News from Mean Mary who performed on The Red Jacket Jamboree way back in 2018!

🎬 Big news! I performed and recorded “Wayfaring Stranger” for the new action film HELLFIRE, out today on Prime. It plays over the final scene and end credits.

Huge thanks to director Isaac Florentine for bringing me in on this project!

I haven’t watched it yet. That’s tonight. It looks like a gritty, fun popcorn revenge flick with Stephen Lang, Dolph Lundgren, and Harvey Keitel 🔥

I’m also told some harmony tracks I recorded show up earlier in the film somewhere. I’ll see if that’s true. If not, I might just shoot my own action scenes and release it myself… after taking notes from Stephen Lang, of course! 😄
