8 years ago I became the owner of Vertical Dance Co.

It's been a wild ride, but I wouldn't change it

This place is community, it's home 💓💗💓

Thrilled to add another year of these pictures with my youngest kiddo 💗

We started these exactly 6 years ago today and it's been so fun to see how each year shifts for us both. Got to add a few new poses this year, too!

Join me, today(Monday), tomorrow (Tuesday) or Thursday! Or our other amazing instructors throughout the week!

We are having a Halloween Spirit week!
Starting Sunday October 26th and continuing all the way through November 1st.

Sunday you are encouraged to wear Halloween colors or costume pieces
Monday you may dress up as a classic monster or utilize Halloween colors
Tuesday is your favorite horror movie character or Halloween colors
Wednesday is your spooky tacky attire. Dress wild and wacky
Thursday can be either Micheal Jackson style or just a monster mask 😉 you decide
Friday is Halloween so feel free to wear your costumes! ( keep in mind you will be working out in these)
Saturday is celebrating day of the dead colors or costumes or make up

Can’t wait to see your looks 😉
