Weβve seen quite a few questions regarding vendor pricing and the selection process for the 2026 Northeast Florida Fair, so we wanted to clear a few things up! π

Indoor Vendor Spaces are $400 per 10x10 booth
β
Outdoor Vendor Spaces are $50 per foot of frontage
For an 11-day fair with attendance reaching over 54,000 guests, these rates are considered VERY reasonable within the fair industry.
Please understand:
π Vendors are selected by committee
π Applications are NOT automatically approved
π Selection is based on MANY factors including:
β’ What products/services are offered
β’ Variety and diversity of vendors
β’ Space limitations
β’ Overall fair balance
β’ Prior experience/history
β’ Fairgoer interest and experience
If you have NOT received an email stating:
β¨ βYOU ARE APPROVEDβ β¨
then unfortunately your application was not selected during this round of approvals.
The Vendor Committee has spent a tremendous amount of time working to create a more diverse shopping and food experience for our fairgoers in 2026, and we appreciate everyone who applied and continues supporting the Northeast Florida Fair.
π AFTER we finalize this current round of placements, IF there are any remaining spaces available, we will continue filling openings from submitted applications, so if you are interested you can still apply.
