🎡 NEFL FAIR VENDOR INFO 🎡

We’ve seen quite a few questions regarding vendor pricing and the selection process for the 2026 Northeast Florida Fair, so we wanted to clear a few things up! 👇

✅ Indoor Vendor Spaces are $400 per 10x10 booth
✅ Outdoor Vendor Spaces are $50 per foot of frontage

For an 11-day fair with attendance reaching over 54,000 guests, these rates are considered VERY reasonable within the fair industry.

Please understand:
📌 Vendors are selected by committee
📌 Applications are NOT automatically approved
📌 Selection is based on MANY factors including:
• What products/services are offered
• Variety and diversity of vendors
• Space limitations
• Overall fair balance
• Prior experience/history
• Fairgoer interest and experience

If you have NOT received an email stating:
✨ “YOU ARE APPROVED” ✨
then unfortunately your application was not selected during this round of approvals.

The Vendor Committee has spent a tremendous amount of time working to create a more diverse shopping and food experience for our fairgoers in 2026, and we appreciate everyone who applied and continues supporting the Northeast Florida Fair.

📌 AFTER we finalize this current round of placements, IF there are any remaining spaces available, we will continue filling openings from submitted applications, so if you are interested you can still apply.

ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE FULL, we had a LIMITED amount to fill and our Fairgoers have made it known who they want to see again.

We are officially down to the FINAL FEW vendor spaces for the 2026 Northeast Florida Fair! 🎡✨

📅 Vendor applications & payments are due NEXT WEEK — and spaces are filling FAST.

✅ Very limited outdoor vendor spaces remain
✅ Very limited Vendor Barn spaces remain

A huge THANK YOU to our Vendor Committee for spending countless hours going through applications and making the hard decisions this year. We truly appreciate the time and effort that goes into helping shape the Fair each year.

One of our biggest goals for 2026 has been bringing new life into our Vendor Barn and creating more variety and unique shopping experiences for our fairgoers. We want every person who walks through our gates to discover something new, exciting, and different while supporting businesses from all over the region.

With over 54,000 attendees last year, the Fair continues to grow bigger every single year — and we are so excited for everything this year has in store.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us this year, NOW is the time to get your application and payment turned in before spaces are gone. 👀

This Memorial Day, the Northeast Florida Fair Association pauses to reflect on the courage, service, and dedication of those who gave everything for our freedom.

As we spend time with family, enjoy the sunshine, and make memories with the people we love — may we never forget the true meaning of this day.
