We’ve received A LOT of questions about all the activity happening in the overflow gravel parking lot at the Northeast Florida Fairgrounds, so we figured we’d go ahead and share the details!

Yes—you’re seeing equipment, trucks, machinery and all kinds of other items arriving on the grounds. No, we aren’t starting Fair setup quite yet! 😂

The gravel lot is being used to stage items for the Jacksonville Public Government Surplus Auction, hosted by Weeks Auction Company.

🚨 CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS 🚨

If you plan to bring an EZ-Up tent or canopy, that is absolutely fine! We just ask that you bring plenty of weights and make sure it is properly secured.

It is almost always windy at the fairgrounds, and we don’t want any tents taking flight—or damaging one of the beautiful vehicles around you! 💨😅
