Today Saturday the 26th was my last official day of calling races @ Callahan’s Dirt Tracks. We had a good turn out with some great racing. Beautiful weather warm with a cool breeze set the tone for great racing. Gene kept the track traction up and we had great door to door and nose to tail racing all day.so lets get to the brass tax shall we?
Losi NASCAR Box Stock: Mark Lee was the Winner, Trevor Newman took Second & Brian Murry took Third.
Buggy Latemodel: Mark Lee with Win #2, Posi Poczatck took Second.
Losi Latemodel: Kieth Douglas takes the Win, Gene Murry got Second & Wyatt Vertram got Third.
Losi Sprint Car: Kieth Douglas with Win #2, Mark Lee took Second & Trevor Newman finished Third.
Traxxas Street Stock: Mark Lee with Win #3, Ed Fewlass took Second & Brian Murry got Third.
A Special thanks to Gene Murry Not only as a Sponsor AP&M But for his help with Brian as well as taking care of the track making it the Fastest Dirt Oval in North Florida.
Great racing and friendship. I will miss everyone. Thanks for a great year of being your Race Director.

This Saturday September 26th is the next Large Scale RC Race. Get them trucks ready for some fast large track racing. O Callahan's Dirt Oval Kart Track. I will be there along with Dirty South Racing as he will be your new Race Director. So be ther with your big truck to race.

Off-road still under construction so there will be a Dirt Oval Race on the 26th. Hope to have the Off-Road back up and running real soon. Thank you

We can use some extra hands next Sunday the 20th at 8am to get the track ready. I'm looking for help not spectators. Bring a steel rake, shovel, and a hammer if you can.

Hello racers, sadly we will have to postpone this weekend’s race hosted by Callahan Speedway RC Off Road. The weather has been uncooperative for track build and the conditions are looking bleak even into next week.

Those that have prepaid, we can roll it into the rescheduled date.

I will work on dates for both 10th scale and 8th scale this today so we can all properly plan.

Fello racers in the RC Community & Callahan’s RC Speedway. It is with a heavy heart that I have to step down as the Race Director for Callahan’s Races. My heath has taken a turn and I can no longer call the races. Chris Daymon will take over as Race Director in my place. He is a great friend and knows haw to run races. I will be at the track on the 19th to help him get started and then I will take my leave. Thank you for all the support from all of you to me and Callahan’s. I shale come by from time to time to see all and hang for a bit. Thanks and give Chris a warm welcome.
