Before the music plays, before the first look, before the flowers are set and the candles are lit. There is a whole lot of love, prep, cleaning, organizing, decorating, and behind-the-scenes work that goes into making this place feel ready.

At Factory at Potato Chip, every wedding starts with the details.

If you’ve spent any time at The Potato Chip Factory, chances are you’ve seen the beauty of the space…

What you may not realize is just how much of that beauty has Kim Bryant fingerprints on it 🤍

She is truly the glue that holds this place together.

The flowers blooming in the gardens.
The carefully decorated spaces.
The fresh paint.
The tiny thoughtful details.
The warmth you feel when you walk onto the property.

That’s her.

While everyone sees the weddings and magical moments, Kim Bryant is behind the scenes making sure every inch of this property feels loved, cared for, and alive. She cleans, paints, organizes, decorates, prepares the barn, the house, and the venue for every event and somehow still manages to keep the gardens flourishing in the middle of it all (which honestly deserves its own award 😂).

But more than anything, she cares deeply about creating an experience. Not just a venue.

A feeling.

And we think that’s what makes this place so special. It’s not manufactured perfection. It’s years of love, vision, hard work, and people pouring pieces of themselves into this property.

One of my favorite things about Kim Bryant is the way she talks about the venue itself. You can tell she doesn’t just see buildings and land, she sees possibility, beauty, and magic in every corner.

In her words:

“My favorite part of working out there is driving up and seeing what beautiful and unique spaces we have created from a very old, very interesting historical property. I especially love the gardens and my goal is to keep adding more until it feels like you are walking into a magical botanical wonderland 😂”

And honestly? She’s accomplishing exactly that ✨

Meet the Team ✨

This week’s spotlight is on the woman who helps turn wedding dreams into reality from the very beginning — Karyn Liebler 🤍

Karyn has been part of The Potato Chip Factory family since the beginning, and honestly… this place would not be what it is without her.

If you’re one of our couples, there’s a very good chance Karyn is one of the very first people you’ll connect with. She’s the calm in the chaos, the detail person, the organizer, the problem solver, the “don’t worry, we’ve got this” energy every bride needs during wedding planning.

She works closely with our couples, vendors, planners, and team to help every event come together beautifully from those first exciting conversations all the way to the wedding day itself. And the reason she’s so incredible at it is simple:

She genuinely loves what she does.

Karyn pours her heart into every wedding, every setup, every timeline, every little detail that helps create those magical moments people remember forever. She’s also an amazing mom, wife, teammate, and one of the kindest humans you could ask to work alongside.

One of the things I admire most about Karyn is how deeply she cares. She celebrates with our brides. She gets excited with them. She wants their day to feel perfect because she understands how important these moments really are.

In Karyn’s words:

“My favorite things about working at The Factory are getting to experience the excitement with the brides. I get to work with them very early on, all the way to the wedding day.
I love the team aspect and how we all work so hard together to provide the wedding of our couples dreams.

There’s something really special about working with someone who doesn’t just run a venue… she lives it.

If you’ve met Erin Clark, you already know exactly what we mean.

She’s the kind of person who lights up the second a bride starts talking about her vision —you can see it happen. Every little detail matters to her. The colors, the florals, the layout, the feeling… she’s already building it in her head before you’ve even finished your sentence.

And it’s not forced. It’s not “business mode.”

She just genuinely loves love.

She’s built a beautiful life of her own, a strong marriage, a family, and she pours that same energy into this space and into every couple who walks through it. That’s why this place feels different. It’s not just a venue - it’s something that’s been cared for, nurtured, and intentionally created over time.

Our team has brought her beautiful vision to life.

The plants? Chosen with care.
The spaces? Thought through completely.

And when she’s out here, in her element - talking to couples, walking the property, helping bring someone’s dream day to life - you realize this isn’t just something she does.

It’s who she is.

We say this all the time, but it really is something special to be part of a small, family-run business where the heart behind it actually shows. Where the person at the center of it truly cares.

To all of the incredible vendors who showed up and brought so much creativity, talent, and energy, thank you. You truly made the experience what it was ✨

To every bride (and family member, fiancé, and friend) who walked through our doors, thank you for spending your day with us. It meant so much to be a small part of your wedding journey 🤍

There’s something really special about this place.

It’s not just a venue…
it’s where moments begin.
Where ideas turn into real plans.
Where memories are created that will last a lifetime.

And getting to watch that happen, to see people envision their day, meet their vendors, and start bringing it all together is something we don’t take lightly.

We love what we do.
We love this space.
And we love being part of something so meaningful.
