Leg organization is the most obviously visible factor when it comes to clean lines, but it's often missing from instruction [comment ⚡️for a FREE PDF on principles of clean lines!!! ]

Without intentionality, legs become a distraction and an energy drain. When we find out what to do with them, they POWER your movement...and look gorgeous. (I'm 5'3 and when I started doing this my teacher looked at me and said, "your legs look...really long..."🤣💁🏼‍♀️

Knee hooks are pretty counterintuitive!

They work best when the leg is straight in the attack, rather than bending before placing.

Sequencing matters too - the second leg rotates behind as the first leg contacts and this helps sink that leg into place.

These are the details I bring to my Aerial teacher training and my Aerial Silks online platform, which I am now growing into a much bigger platform that you can use to organize all of your training and teach teaching.
