We have added 2 more vendors to the line up for this weekend! Haslerig Saddlery & Dee's Freeze Dried Creations! 11 vendors total— WOW you better bring them pocket books as this is probably the largest and widest variety of vendors we’ve ever had!

Just a couple more days till another fun rodeo weekend y'all!!!!
A few quick reminders to help us have a smooth rodeo
***The address is 927 Reeves Station Rd SW Calhoun, Ga 30701
*** The theme for this rodeo is: "Color me America" Red, White, & Blue in honor of Memorial Day
***There are no stalls or hook ups so be sure to bring what you need. Such as generators, portable pens, ect...
***Friday night slack: check in opens at 6pm with rodeo starting at 7pm
***Saturday performance: check in opens at 8am with rodeo starting at 9am
***There are no set check in times based on events, just be checked in before your event starts.****
***If this is your first rodeo with us, check in will run smoother if you go ahead and fill out your waiver and bring it with you to check in. Please DON'T have the waiver signed in advance. We have a notary on site. The form can be found below.

***Be sure to stop by vendor row!!!! We will have a couple different food and drink options, a boutique, some jewelry and gifts, and the groomer so you can even spoil your 4 legged babies***
*** The final rodeo roster, rodeo roster by event, and run sheets are updated on the website. Please be sure that you give it one last look for accuracy. If you see anything that is incorrect, reply back to your email confirmation so we can get this fixed within the computer system. These things are easier fixed now rather than rodeo day.

There are still a few spots open to volunteer, remember you must complete 2 volunteer hours to qualify for finals. One must be completed by June and the other by October. Check out the Sign Up Genius link below to sign up. This must be done before rodeo day.

To help cut down on messages and questions… yes, the rodeo is ON rain or shine just like any other rodeo! We do have covered bleachers for spectators.

However, for everyone’s safety, we will take a delay if lightning occurs. ⛈️⚡

So grab your boots, your rain jacket if needed, and LET’S RODEO! 🐂🇺🇸
