I've been Djing for a very long, long time. I've been a Dj since 1989 both on the radio as well as at variety of events ranging from weddings to proms, Halloween parties, New Year's and everything in between. I don't usually let celebrity deaths hit too hard but this one is tough to take.
R.I.P. Queen. You were a role model to all of us on how to do this thing called life.

Dolly Parton's music career spanned decades, earning her fame, fortune and awards. But as she revealed to "CBS Sunday Morning" in 2019, only one thing that mattered to her.

"I always count my blessings more than I count my money," Parton told Tony Dokoupil. "I don't work for money. Never did. It was the art. It was the job. I loved the work. And I've done well, and I'm thankful for it."

Parton died at the age of 80, according to her family.
