📑Job Description
👀We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team as independent contractors (1099). Caregivers will provide in-home assistance to clients, including:
🛁Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming👕
🫂Providing companionship and emotional support
🧹Light housekeeping and meal preparation🥘
💊Medication reminders
🚗Transportation to appointments or errands as needed
🫂Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients
📣Requirements
📑To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
🗓Experience: Minimum of 6 months of caregiving, home health, or CTC training.
🫂 Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to quality care
🔬Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug testing
🧾Auto Insurance: Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
👐CPR Certification: Required (or willingness to obtain before starting) or other trainings that may be needed (depending on each client)
🤝Reliability: Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours as needed
📑Independent Contractor Agreement
📑This is a 1099 position, meaning caregivers are independent contractors, not employees. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and do not receive benefits such as health insurance or paid time off.
