AI is already part of your everyday life, whether you realize it or not.

Your GPS predicting traffic? AI.
Your bank detecting fraud? AI.
Your phone improving your pictures? AI.
Your Netflix and TikTok recommendations? AI.
Your email filtering spam? AI.
Your car’s safety features? Some use AI, too.

And guess what? A LOT of the technology we depend on relies on data centers to operate.

Now, does that mean every proposed data center is a good idea? Absolutely NOT. There are legitimate concerns about water, electricity, noise, and environmental impacts that deserve answers.

But there’s a difference between asking reasonable questions and acting like data centers serve absolutely no purpose.

You can question WHERE they’re built and HOW they’re operated while still acknowledging that modern technology depends on this infrastructure.

But seriously, buy within YOUR budget, not based on the rate you wish we had.

Because while higher rates aren’t anybody’s favorite, they can mean less competition and more opportunity to actually get the house you WANT. 👀🏡

When rates come down? More buyers come off the sidelines too… and suddenly everybody wants the same house you do.

You can refinance a rate later.
